Year 2018 brought many good news for us. But the one we can’t stop talking about is this that Peerbits Solution has been awarded with ISO 9001:2015 Certification after passing the final stage on 30th December, 2017, coincidently, a day before the New Year’s Eve.

It gives us an immense pleasure to share this news. At Peerbits, to maintain the highest quality in the services and solutions we provide, we have always followed a stringent quality management system (QMS) to meet clients’ expectation. ISO 9001 is certainly a seal of approval to the quality management system (QMS) at Peerbits by the International Organization for Standardization and raises its bar to a global quality level.

International organization for standardization

ISO, or International Organization for Standardization, headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland is an independent, non-governmental international organization with representatives from various national standards organizations. The organization promotes worldwide proprietary, industrial and commercial standards.

The ISO 9001:2015 standard is utilized to certify quality management systems that focus on continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and the active involvement of both management and employees in a process-based approach.

Quality management system

A quality management system (QMS) is a set of guidelines, methods, and procedures essential for planning and execution in the central business area of a firm that affects the firm’s ability to fulfil customer requirements. ISO 9001 is an example of a Quality Management System.

Originally published in 1987, ISO 9001 underwent amendments in 1994, 2000 and again in 2008. The latest amendment was issued in September 2015 and is known as ISO 9001: 2015.

How Peerbits achieved the milestone?

Peerbits Solutions implemented quality management system (QMS) to achieve the certification within the prescribed time frame.

Peerbits went through a plan-do-check-act methodology wherein a process-oriented approach was implemented to document and review the structure, responsibilities, and procedures required to accomplish operative quality management in the organization.
