Great organizations drive entrepreneurial and disruptive spirits that helped them in their formative years. Peerbits has also encouraged this entrepreneurial spirit among their members by giving them the opportunity to shine out in the past ten years.
We would like to thank our founders, Mr Shahid Mansuri, Mr Ubaid Pisuwala and Mr Nasrullah Patel who gave us the guidance and a vision which helped us to achieve several milestones in this ten-year journey.
The occasion of 1st June 2021 was special as this was the day when Peerbits completed ten glorious years. In these ten years it has reached to a new height in terms of team strength, happy clients and successful project deliveries. And to rejoice in this precious moment, we decided to do a grand tenth anniversary celebration.
Curtain raiser
The celebration started with all the members gathering on the floor. Every member of the Peerbits family was full of great enthusiasm and energy. Our HR Manager Sujata Sagathia graced the occasion by giving a walkthrough of Peerbits’ marvellous journey of ten years.
Our CEO Mr. Shahid Mansuri congratulated all the employees for helping to make Peerbits a thriving organization from the last ten years. He thanked all the employees for their contribution to the company.
Moreover, he shared his own experience of working with Peerbits. Mr Mansuri told how Peerbits sailed smoothly amidst all ups and downs. He further added that they had to get out of their comfort zones and push their limits to cope up with the new challenges.
After the completion of the speech, it was now time to appreciate the super talented members of Peerbits family.
Honoring the star performers
Now, it was the time to honor the achievements of Peerbits family members who gave their best to make Peerbits a prosperous company. Our CEO announced the first prize of the event was for those Peerbits family members who have been with us for over five years.
Mohammed Adil Lakhani, Mushahid Khatri, Nikunj Gundaniya, Abrez Shaikh, Shahabuddin Vansiwala, Srishti Dey, Mohammad Irfan Modan, Mohammad Moin Shaikh, Arshad Shaikh, and Sohel Tambadiya were felicitated with a cheque and a prestigious award for their outstanding performance.
Punctuality is the sure shot way to get success in all walks of life and that is why Peerbits family declared its second award for its most punctual members. And to honour this attribute, Peerbits family announced awards on the basis of three criteria: On time, fewer leaves and consistent online visibility.
Gulam Nasir Shaikh, Mohini Thakkar, Urvashi Dhake, Meenor B. Ranpura, Muntjir A. Malik, Shoeb S. Ranger, Paresh D. Baraiya, Ronakkumar G. Makwana, Dipakkumar V. Nai, Hasirahmed M. Dhattiwala, Pooja Shukla, Nilesh Prajapati, Amit J. Shrimali, and Manav B. Oza were honored for their punctuality with the attractive Fitbit watches.
And the last prize was for those employees who went beyond their call of duty as and when needed. Abdulkadir Sachawala, Abhi Shah, Tej Chalishazar, Shahnawaz Ansari, Shahil Modan and Kunal Gohil were the recipients of this award. These awards and gifts had uplifted the spirit of all the Peerbits family members.
Let’s cut the cake
Then it was time for the cake cutting. All the Peerbits family members cut a cake in the shape of the number ten. It was an elegant white coloured cake decorated with a beautiful rose palette and green-coloured design.
Our CEO blew the candles and cut the cake in the presence of all Peerbits family members. All the Peerbits family members cheered the cake cutting with great enthusiasm.
It’s time to wrap up
A cheerful celebration is incomplete without tasty refreshments. So at the end of the event, all the Peerbits family members enjoyed delicious pizza with a chilled coke. The evening was filled with a lot of happiness and smiles, and it gave us many cherishable memories for the years to come.
